Now that I've been in Real Estate for a number of years, I realize, that I love it - it feels like "home" to me. And, that means I want to protect it and help it be more amazing.
Looking at the changes in the industry and how the public feels about us (constantly being compared to used car salesmen), I thought it was time for us as an industry to STEP UP and be better than we ever have been.
It's time for us to share, make each other better. In fact, we should demand it from each other! One bad seed can ruin the whole bunch. We need to hold each other accountable for making even one person think badly of the entire industry.
The people I know who work in this business are amazing, passionate, hard-working and only (this will be a shock for those who have thrown us all in one terrible bucket) want their clients to be happy! They love the feeling they get when they tell their clients they just bought a house or just sold theirs!
