In October 2011, I joined Sutton Group Quantum Realty Inc. as the Broker/Manager of all locations. Tina Gardin is the Broker/Owner and has been in the real estate business for over 20 years. We currently have two offices:

My Business Background
I was born into the real estate business; my father has been licensed since 1971. He opened the 1st A.E. LePage to the Hamilton area, and later opened his own successful brokerage. He went on to work in local politics at the municipal level for many years and is now retired. We discuss real estate constantly (he still loves it just like I do).
For years I watched him work the business with such passion and determination that, once I was in my career-life, it became one of those options that I thought about every year. It took me a while to actually take the leap as I felt I needed to learn and grow in the corporate world.
My career life took me from managing many different people under the Hudson's Bay retail umbrella to working for a multi-million dollar I.T. consulting company, Pink Elephant, in the Marketing realm; leading an international team of marketers, developing conferences for over 2,000 people, managing a huge budget, huge personalities, and huge expectations. I loved every minute of it!
But, I finally could no longer ignore the real estate call and I entered in the New Home arena. Later, becoming licensed and working with a couple of different brokerages. The next step was to become the Broker/Manager for one of them, which I did; working to help agents build their business, teaching them the tools that make their lives easier and their business successful, developing the brand, policies and procedures to create a profitable brokerage.
Using everything I've learned in the past, I am now the Broker/Manager for Sutton Quantum. And, I am thrilled and excited to be part of the team.
